The second half of June has been pretty difficult for H squad. For those of you who don’t know, Covid has broke out amongst our squad, and we have been isolating/recovering for quite some time (eighteen days to be exact). At the moment, part of our squad is in Newark, NJ (isolating) and another chunk is in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Our hopes are to be in South Africa soon, but for the time being, we have had to pause!

A lot has happened: physically, mentally, and spiritually the past few weeks. We are praying and believing we will make it to SA healthy and whole. I just ask for your prayers as we navigate what July will look like for us along with fast, recovering bodies from Covid.

I pray our eyes continue to be opened to God’s perspective during this whole process... though our idea of what these weeks would look like has failed, God has not. There is reason and purpose for this season, and it is time to press into what that is!

This post was short and kinda daunting so I tagged a quick, fun quarantine video below to make you smile!

Thank you for your continued love, support, and prayers for me and my squad. I love you all dearly (:

Much love
